- 10 years’ experience of writing and editing
reports, business plans and grant applications.
She also edits and designs promotional literature,
including news releases, brochures, advertorials
and content for websites
- 16 years’ experience of contributing features to
national publications, including the Irish Examiner,
The Irish Garden, Easy Health, Woman’s Way and
numerous trade publications. She currently edits
Source, an in-house magazine forBord na Mona,
published by Zahra Publishing
- Experience of producing magazines, from initial outline and idea generation through to commissioning articles, selecting images, sub-editing, proof-reading and signing off on pre-print copy
- Expertise and confidence as a tutor in public relations and Fetac Level 5 Communications
- Familiarity with the Community & Voluntary sector, including participation in voluntary committees and as a director of local voluntary groups
